The Power Team Plus Program was developed for building chapters, especially small and/or challanged ones. There are 9 specific steps to the program. A 5-week plan is executed: two weeks for planning and inviting, two for consecutive Stack Days and one week to complete the applications and inductions. The results? Higher close rates, stronger Power Teams and Chapters and a regional average of over 30 members per chapter and growing.
